The Richmond Olympiad has been serving the Richmond area children with quality gymnastics for 53 years. Our world class staff of professionals provides outstanding instruction. The Richmond Olympiad is committed to:
Family Membership Fee: $50 annually.
Accident/Medical Insurance Policy: An Excess Accident insurance policy is provided for each participant.
Installment Late Payment Fee:There will be $10 fee for all payments made after 2nd week of classes.
Late Starts: Students may begin classes at any time on a space available basis. The class fee will be prorated and the first payment will include the family membership fee.
Returned Checks: A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Make-Ups/No Refunds: None – Unless the Olympiad has closed due to inclement weather (See “Snow Day Information” policy below). Summer Installment only offers “Flex Scheduling” where make ups are allowed.
Discounts: During September through June a 25% discount is allowed on additional children from the same family or to the student who enrolls in additional classes per week. The discount is on the lower fee.
Attire: Recommended attire is leotards for girls and T-shirts and shorts for boys, or any fitness apparel.
Progress Reports: Every fifth week of the installment, each student and his/her parents are provided with a progress report to inform the participants of their progress, areas of outstanding achievement, as well as areas needing improvement.
Awards: Every seventh week of the installment, each student is recognized for his/her participation and achievements.
Snow Day Information: Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions will be announced on the Richmond Olympiad Facebook page, richmondolympiad.com homepage and at each gym’s answering service. Make-up classes will be provided for cancellations. We don’t follow public or private school closings & early or late releases.
